Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

Since many of our items are made to order, they are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time; customers will be notified of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days. Shipping cost is dependent on the receivers address.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Shipping cost is dependent on the receivers address.

NOTE: We do not currently offer international of overseas shipping on our products.

3. Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. Please note that free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping.

4. Order Tracking:

Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become available after the order has been processed.

5. Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Customers may be required to provide photos of damaged items and packaging for insurance purposes.
