Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility:

We gladly accept returns on items that are defective or damaged during transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Timeframe:

You have 30 from the date of delivery to request a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@solax3d.com with your order number or other identifying information and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping:

We will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as defective or incorrect item sent).

5. Refund/Exchange:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 weeks. If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange for the same item or a different product of equal value.

6. Exceptions:

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized or custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged.
